We went for a couple vacation for valentines celebration. It was really a relaxing resort which worth the price! In love with the view and atmosphere.

Large room, large pool, and quite good spread buffet breakfast. Just that when check in, there is no staff a the reception desk for more than 5 minutes, and they put the bell at a place unreachable for guest. When the receptionist finally came to the desk, then only they put the bell back at the counter, no apology, and question me back as guest have I even try to call them? I believe reception desk should not even be left unattended in the first place, or at least the bell should always be at place reachable to guest.

Stayed one night on 10th Feb, and what started as a pleasant stay turned into a nightmare. The gym was clean, and the environment was serene, but the male sauna and steam room were out of order. The neglected tennis court reflected poor maintenance overall.
The worst part was discovering a rat in my room on check-out day. Sharing a space with a pest was traumatic and utterly unhygienic. When I reported this to the front desk, their response was, “We’ll get housekeeping to check,” showing a lack of empathy and accountability.
This experience was unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this resort unless significant improvements are made.

First of all, there are LOTS of crazy mosquitoes, they should put a ridsect, because the one with the "garden" view book is apparently a "FOREST" view
SECOND, oh my God, the towels are worse than the foot towels
THIRD, the sheets they have, THERE ARE DIRTY CUPS
